All first-time services begin with a complimentary video consultation. You can request one via our contact form or by email. Alternatively, you're welcome to send photos of your space at least 48 hours before your appointment. This helps us tailor your quote with care.

Do you bring your own cleaning products and tools?

Yes. For most services, Lustra provides boutique-grade, eco-conscious cleaning products and tools.

For Lustra Light, we may use your preferred products unless otherwise agreed.

Do I need to be home during the appointment?

You're welcome to be present, or we can carry out your service while you're away — whichever feels best for you. We'll always arrange secure access and departure in advance.

How do you price your services?

Our pricing is based on the size of your home and the scope of the service. Prices listed on the site are starting points and may adjust slightly following your consultation. You’ll always receive a tailored quote before booking is confirmed.

Can I book a one-off or do I need a regular package?

You can book one-off services or schedule recurring sessions. Many clients enjoy seasonal resets or monthly rituals for ongoing calm and flow.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours in advance with no charge. Cancellations within 24–48 hours incur a £50 fee. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments are charged in full.

Do you do deep cleaning or specialist tasks?

Lustra is focused on calm, lifestyle-led cleaning — not industrial or deep cleaning. We do not offer carpet shampooing, mould removal, or waste disposal services.

What’s included in the floral styling?

Most styling services include a bud vase or seasonal stem arrangement as a touch of natural beauty. Floral upgrades — such as medium or large centrepieces — are available upon request.

Can I request scent-free services?

Do you offer Airbnb services or host turnovers?

Yes. Our Host Welcome Setup and Airbnb Reset services include detailed cleaning, linen placement (client-provided), light styling, and a signature scent or floral accent.

Can Lustra help me prepare for moving house?

Yes — we offer Moving Support which includes packing or unpacking with light organisation and styling, as well as optional scent and floral finishing touches.

Do I need to provide anything?

Some services require client-provided items such as:

  • Fresh linens for Airbnb or cleaning appointments
  • Vases for floral arrangements
  • Personal décor items you'd like us to style
  • Entry access instructions if you're not home

Details are always discussed ahead of your booking.

How do I give feedback or raise a concern?

If anything hasn’t met your expectations, we welcome your feedback. Please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we’ll do our best to resolve things gently and promptly.
